We ship with intention. RAW-branded pieces ship fast—within 1–3 business days from our Atlanta HQ. Select styles from our RAW Test Lab are made in limited batches and may take up to 12 business days to process before shipping. It’s worth the wait—we promise.

Returns are easy. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Eligible orders qualify for store credit or exchanges. Final sale items and worn products are not eligible for return.
