When will my order ship?

We work quickly to get your gear to you — orders ship within 1–12 business days. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow every step.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Our RAW-branded products usually arrive in just 3–7 business days. Test Lab styles take a little longer—up to 12 business days to ship—because they’re fresh new finds we’re testing out for you. Don’t worry, you’ll get tracking details right away so you know exactly when to expect your package.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is easy! Just visit itsrawactive.com/apps/17TRACK and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment’s journey.

What if my tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my order?

Sometimes packages get left with a neighbor or in a hidden spot. Double-check around your delivery area and with neighbors first. If you still can’t find it after 48 hours, reach out to us—we’ll jump in and help you find it.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We move fast to get your orders out, so changes can be tricky. But don’t stress—email us ASAP at support@itsrawactive.com, and we’ll do everything possible to help.

I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you. If it’s already on the way, the best bet is to contact the carrier directly to reroute your package.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange. Just make sure your items are unworn and in their original condition.

How do I start a return or exchange?

If the return is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll cover the shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. If the return is for any other reason, the customer covers the return shipping cost.
