We ship with intention. RAW-branded pieces ship fast—within 1–3 business days from our Atlanta HQ. Select styles from our RAW Test Lab are made in limited batches and may take up to 12 business days to process before shipping. It’s worth the wait—we promise.

Returns are easy. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Klarna orders are eligible for refunds. All other orders qualify for store credit or exchanges. Final sale items and worn products are not eligible for return.

How it Works
You wear it. You review it. You shape it. Every quarter, we take the highest-rated Test Lab style and cross-reference it with feedback from the women who’ve actually worn it. If it meets the mark, we officially brand it RAW and stock it locally. This process allows us to move faster, offer more color and size variety, and build a collection backed by real women—not trends.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. We request that you review the contents of your order before continuing to the payment section.
