We ship with intention. RAW-branded pieces ship fast—within 1–3 business days from our Atlanta HQ. Select styles from our RAW Test Lab are made in limited batches and may take up to 12 business days to process before shipping. It’s worth the wait—we promise.
U.S. orders over $100 ship free.
Returns are easy. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Klarna orders are eligible for refunds. All other orders qualify for store credit or exchanges. Final sale items and worn products are not eligible for return.

This process allows us to move faster, offer more color and size variety, and build a collection backed by real women—not trends.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. We request that you review the contents of your order before continuing to the payment section.

It's a very soft material that won't have pilling on the fabric and is so warm and also non-bulky. I love it.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to my daily wear hoodie, but this hoodie is really good and thick material. It has an oversized fit so I could've also sized down if I wanted it to be even more cropped. It's better than some of the other big names. I'd recommend it!
